  • Tarpon uses TeamTailor “ATS” applicant tracking system to manage and review all applicants and employees.  Our grading system allows us to avoid rehiring a candidate that has received a low grade from our team.  This process allows Tarpons’ workforce to be refined and effective.  This reduces turnover and increases profits.
